About Skye Rosey
Skye Rosey pens magical fiction stories that combine the real world with fantastical elements for adults and teens.
She’s had two short stories published so far: “Granny Lucy”—a tongue-and-cheek retelling of a Grimm fairy tale wherein the devil is outwitted by his own sassy grandma; and “Harmony’s Melody”—a historical paranormal horror story where two talented, orphaned sisters will do ANYTHING to escape their wicked guardian on a ship crossing the Atlantic. These stories can be found on Amazon in the American Night Writer’s Association (ANWA) Anthologies 2022 and 2024, respectfully.
Skye won second place in a Beginning of Book contest for her up-and-coming YA contemporary fantasy debut, BOY OF SILVER LINING, which explores the idea of Dreamweavers and is currently in the revisions process. She is also working on a steamy-not-spicy, new adult paranormal romance inspired by Disney’s Haunted Mansion ride.
Skye has made a tenuous agreement with God to live in reality rather than inside her own imagination, as long as she gets to take frequent trips to La La Land when the weather permits. She loves sparkles, lots of colors, and all things Disney, and has an enchantingly sensible husband, four eclectic children, too many lizards and a tiny diva of a dog.
