About Skye Rosey
Skye Rosey pens magical fiction stories that combine the real world with fantastical elements for adults and teens.
She’s written dozens of short stories and micro fiction, including two published short stories so far:
“Granny Lucy”—a tongue-and-cheek retelling of a Grimm fairy tale wherein the devil is outwitted by his own sassy grandma; and
“Harmony’s Melody”—a historical paranormal horror story where two talented, orphaned sisters will do ANYTHING to escape their wicked guardian on a ship crossing the Atlantic.
These stories can be found on Amazon in the American Night Writer’s Association (ANWA) Anthologies 2022 and 2024, respectfully.
Skye won first place in a First-Chapter contest for her up-and-coming YA romantic fantasy novel, BOY OF SILVER LINING, which explores the idea of how dreams can link life and death. It is currently in the revisions process.
She is also working on a steamy-not-spicy, new adult paranormal romance AN IRRESISTIBLE DEATH, inspired by Disney’s Haunted Mansion ride.
And then there is WAY OF WATER AND WIND, the romantasy she is concocting that is an elemental enemies-to-lovers story based on the water cycle,
